WALLY ADEYEMO served as the 15th U.S. Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, leading the Department’s national security and economic inequality work.  He also oversaw Treasury’s implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act, which is the most significant investment in energy security in a generation. Adeyemo previously served as the President of the Obama Foundation and as Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economics. He is a board member at the Center for Budget and Policy Priorities. In 2025, he was a distinguished fellow at the Columbia University Institute of Global Politics and Center for Global Energy Policy.
